Job summary

Intwine Connect, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Telecom Solutions) to work with channel partners, coordinating deployments from discovery through activation and ongoing support. You will lead cross-functional teams, recruit and train channel sellers, and drive customer satisfaction while managing multiple opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to learn and configure cloud-based telecom portals, with occasional travel to the Ohio office

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related telecom experience required.
• Experience with number porting, service activation, device provisioning, telecom installations, and cloud-based business phone systems preferred.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, and project management systems preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for earning trust with customers and sales partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities while maintaining accurate records.
• Comfortable learning technical products and configuring cloud-based portals and performing initial troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecom solution implementations with channel partners.
• Recruit and train channel sellers; support sales calls to define requirements.
• Track opportunities through the sales process and coordinate internal teams.
• Coordinate equipment provisioning, number porting, portal configuration, and activation.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during deployment and post-installation.
• Ensure on-time deployments meet customer expectations with documented signoff.
