Job summary

AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for OSG Telecom to lead telecom programs and operational initiatives across wireline, voice, data, and carrier services.

You will coordinate with carriers, vendors, engineering, field operations, procurement, finance, IT, and leadership to ensure efficient service delivery in line with governance requirements. You will drive project scope, schedules, risk assessments, and implementation strategies, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Five+ years in telecommunications or related operational environments.
• Experience coordinating telecom service orders and provisioning activities.
• Knowledge of wireline, voice, data, and carrier services lifecycle.
• Strong documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecom projects and operational initiatives (wireline, voice, data, etc.).
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate service delivery activities including installs, MACDs, disconnects, and migrations.
• Serve as primary coordinator among carriers, vendors, engineering, and IT.
• Manage carrier/vendor relationships for performance, cost, and escalations.
• Support inventory governance, service records, and asset documentation.
• Oversee project financials: estimates, forecasts, budgets, invoicing.
• Identify, track, escalate, and resolve project risks and blockers.
• Develop and maintain project docs, dashboards, and status reports.
• Lead continuous improvement in telecom processes and customer experience.
