Job summary

RedStream Technology seeks a Telecommunications Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of telecom and network projects. You will scope, plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate resources while leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.

Responsibilities include preparing project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating status to stakeholders to ensure success within schedule, budget, and quality targets. On-site work is required and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Strong project and program management skills coordinating multiple initiatives.
• Planning experience including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Telecommunications expertise with network infrastructure, fiber optics and cabling.
• Experience managing technical telecom, networking, or security projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies (MS Project, Excel, Gantt charts, PMI).
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with strong problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of telecom and network projects.
• Coordinate scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors/subcontractors.
• Prepare project docs and track progress; report to stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting quality targets.
