Amdocs in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Program Director to lead end-to-end delivery of a large, multi-workstream technology platform for a major telecom client. You will serve as the senior coordination point across business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leadership to ensure programs are executed at scale and aligned with business goals.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional streams, draft and refine requirements with the sponsor, manage dependencies, and drive cadence,

Qualifications

8+ years in program or delivery leadership with large-scale software outcomes.
Experience in telecom industry and network ops or delivery models.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with interdependent timelines.

Responsibilities

End-to-end program coordination across streams ensuring a single, coherent delivery narrative.
Drafting and refining Business requirements in close partnership with the Business Sponsor and stakeholders, converting input into actionable specifications.
Connecting stakeholders across business, delivery, and technical functions, proactively managing cross-functional dependencies.
Driving program cadence, including planning cycles, status reviews, and executive reporting.
Ensuring alignment between delivery and business needs, closing the gap between technical execution and operational reality.
