Job summary

Richesin Engineering seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead telecom, fiber, and IT infrastructure efforts from our Madras, Oregon HQ. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and multi-party relationships to deliver projects on time and under budget.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, PMP or equivalent, and willingness to travel to project sites. Hybrid work is available from Oregon.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing telecom, construction, or IT infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent background required.
• OSP construction, ISP deployment, or federal/tribal project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials including budget management and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hybrid work and travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for telecom, fiber, and IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with engineering, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact during delivery.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and change orders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to internal leadership and clients.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies before they become problems.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements.
