Job summary

TelCom is seeking a driven PMO Manager to lead end-to-end programs in a turn-key environment. You will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from intake to completion, and direct program teams to deliver complex telecom initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of PMI-guided lifecycles, CPM scheduling, and EVM. Excellent communication with stakeholders and independent leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field or equivalent; postgraduate preferred.
• 4–7 years delivering OSP telecom or utility-related projects.
• 4–7 years direct experience managing a team of direct reports.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Manage and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from intake to completion in a turn-key environment.
• Job Intake & Initial Review: Direct the new job intake process and conduct desktop reviews to assess scope and feasibility.
• Documentation & Scope Management: Prepare, review, and process work order change forms accurately.
• Risk & Permitting Oversight: Identify roadblocks, evaluate permitting requirements, and secure necessary approvals.
• Execution & Dispatch: Issue out jobs to field teams and contractors.
• Progress Tracking & Communication: Maintain updates with field supervisors to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
