Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Project Manager for OSP in Mesa, AZ. You will define project scope, coordinate a cross-functional team, and develop work plans, schedules and estimates while tracking progress and ensuring quality.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage deadlines, and hands-on experience with fiber, OSP/ISP builds, and data reporting. PMP is preferred; 5+ years PM experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Outside Plant and Inside Plant projects is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team including vendors and contractors.
• Develop and track detailed work plans and schedules.
• Provide comprehensive status reports to customers.
• Analyze data for business intelligence and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in tracking systems.
