Job summary

FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Project Manager for our Portland location to oversee maintenance and construction projects in telecommunications. You will participate in planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to building and maintaining facilities and systems. Comcast experience is a plus.

Pay ranges from $80k to $110k per year, depending on experience. This full-time role requires travel and a strong background in project coordination and contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with telecommunication providers is helpful.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Project and engineering programs.
• Willingness to travel full-time.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions and additions to contractual agreements.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff and clients.
