You’ll coordinate schedules, track milestones, and ensure accurate financial and contractual records, enabling smooth execution for client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an industry related field or combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of experience delivering OSP telecommunications services or utility industry.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• Problem solver with critical thinking.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project).
• Understand PMI's project life cycle and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful reports using KPIs to monitor project health.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and file systems.
• Contact customers to obtain project specific information.
• Assist with project close-out and weekly accrual tracking.
• Schedule work and crew makeups with scheduler for internal/external use.
• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and production.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Billing to ensure revenue is accurate.
• Forecast monthly/yearly for each project and program.
• Create purchase orders and set up projects in accounting systems.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to empower Operations.
