Job summary

Globe Communications LLC seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage telecommunications projects. You will deliver KPI-based health reports, maintain project documentation, and coordinate multi-team efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a PMI-aligned mindset with 2–5 years in OSP telecom or utility projects, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Join a growing team committed to quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an industry related field or combination of education and experience
• 2–5 years of experience delivering OSP Telecommunications services or utility-related industry
• CAPM or PMP Certification is a preferred
• Problem solver and critical thinker
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Access, Project
• Understand the project life cycle as defined by PMI
• Ability to apply project management concepts independently

Responsibilities

• Provide management with timely KPI-based project health reports
• Develop, maintain and update project documentation
• Develop and maintain program file system (physical and electronic)
• Contact customers to obtain project specific information
• Complete project close-out per company standards
• Track accruals weekly and submit at end of each week
• Schedule work and crew make ups with scheduler for internal and external use
• Review invoices from subcontractors to confirm production and accounting
• Work with Accounts Receivable and Billing to ensure revenue accuracy
• Forecast month and year for each project and program
• Create purchase orders
• Work with internal support groups to set up projects in accounting system
• Remove obstacles and empower Operations to be successful
• Monitor project progress, risk and customer experience
• Manage project level activities including critical path, procurement, resource loading/forecasting/risk mitigation
• Identify and resolve potential issues early
• Lead efforts to gather all project status for stakeholders
