Job summary

CableCom is seeking a Project Coordinator to guide CATV projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring work aligns with customer specifications and industry standards. The role requires coordination with the Construction Supervisor and field teams to meet deadlines.

You’ll prepare statements of work, assemble job packets with photos/maps, requisition materials, and maintain documentation while communicating with property owners. This is a hands-on, team-focused position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience delivering outside plant telecommunications services or utility industry project coordination.
• Valid driver’s license (Class C).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using digital calendars.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CATV projects to ensure operations meet customer and industry specs.
• Schedule walkouts with property owners to evaluate job specifications.
• Coordinate construction efforts with the Construction Supervisor to meet deadlines and site access.
• Prepare a statement of work for projects.
• Build a job packet including photos, maps and supporting documentation.
• Requisition materials needed for construction operations.
• Prepare a line item cost estimate.
• Resolve complaints with property owners where our personnel operate.
• Complete and maintain accurate As-Built Maps for areas built.
• Other duties as assigned.
