Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking an Business Operations Analyst to ensure telecom services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively across Koch companies. You will oversee vendor management, billing analysis, and service administration while driving process improvements and continuous value creation.

The role partners with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in service operations, vendor management, contract administration, inventory management, or billing analysis.
• Direct collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, or service providers.
• Attention to detail in reviewing invoices, contracts, and operational docs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose value-adding solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Oversee provisioning activities including moves, adds, changes, disconnects, and service migration.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to obtain quotes, order services, and resolve issues.
• Review and audit invoices for billing accuracy and contract adherence.
• Maintain inventory records, service documentation, and contract information.
• Manage TEM projects and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
