Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading large teams.
• Experience with matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to negotiate VP-level contracts with channel partners.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Articulate strategic deals to C-suite and relay field insights to AWS teams and partners.
• Define and execute business development and go-to-market programs including partners.
• Define and deliver industry solutions and collateral.
• Engage with field sales, channels, and customers to drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
• Develop a key business development plan for target markets with cross-functional alignment.
• Travel up to 75% and lead cross-functional teams to meet goals.
