Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading large teams in matrixed organizations
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership

Responsibilities

• Work backwards from the customer’s C-suite and articulate high-growth strategic deals and feedback to AWS teams
• Define and execute business development and go-to-market programs including partners
• Define and deliver industry solutions and supporting collateral
• Liaise with field sales, channels and customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS
• Develop and implement a key business development plan for target markets aligned with AWS strategy
• Build and articulate a territory strategy to meet short and long-term goals
• Engage and present to C-level executives
• Communicate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
• Collaborate in virtual and cross-functional teams while traveling up to 75%
