Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a high-impact executive sales leader to drive strategic telecom deals and global revenue growth. You will partner with C-level executives, shape go-to-market programs, and coordinate across Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to deliver industry solutions.

The role requires extensive telecom sales experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% while coordinating with virtual and cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading large teams in matrixed structures.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Experience in strategic thinking about enterprise software products and architectures.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work backwards from the customer's C-suite and articulate strong, high-growth strategic deals.
• Define and execute high-impact business development and go-to-market programs including partners.
• Define and deliver industry solutions and supporting collateral.
• Liaise with the AWS field sales organization, channels and end customers to drive revenue opportunities.
• Build and articulate business plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage, influence, and present to C-level executives.
• Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Develop a territory strategy to meet short and long-term goals.
• Open to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Work with virtual and cross-functional teams.
