Job summary

TEC is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher in Roanoke, AL to prioritize tickets and assign them to field technicians. You will develop processes to create operational efficiencies, analyze data, and work with the Operations Support Manager to drive resolutions while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma (Associate preferred), strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 5% as needed for company projects.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Technology preferred.
• Requires excellent computer, organizational, and clerical skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with TEC’s operation systems for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and process service orders.
• Build, provision, and close digital service line (DSL) and fiber service orders.
• Interface with customers to schedule technician repair or install dispatch.
• Schedule, coordinate, and communicate internal timelines to meet KPIs.
• Track and report operational workflows and feedback.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and work with Operations Support to resolve problems.
• Maintain and enhance various reports for Operations.
• Assist TEC areas in service availability and order status tracking.
