Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and process service orders.
• Build, provision, and close digital service line orders.
• Interface with customers to schedule dispatch.
• Coordinate timelines to meet KPIs in the service order process.
• Track and report workflows; analyze data to identify issues.
• Assist TEC areas to ensure service availability and operations.
