Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Construction Technician-Line Worker in Broken Arrow, OK to install, repair, and maintain poles and cables in aerial and underground telecom networks. The role requires travel, weekend work, and strict safety adherence in a demanding outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside plant construction experience installing, repairing and maintaining poles and aerial/buried cables.
• Pole climbing certification required.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain poles and aerial cables (fiber and copper) and set up service for customers.
• String cables between structures using poles, buckets, and winches; pull lines to proper tension.
• Read staking sheets/blueprints and follow engineer instructions; participate in safety meetings.
