Job summary

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry.

This is a regional position. Candidates should reside 60 miles of the Lake Ozark, Missouri area.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 or Universal EPA certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred).
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per Pearce policies.
