Job summary
VertiGIS Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Engineer with a strong technology background to translate business value into actionable solutions. You will support global business development for telecom software and GIS solutions, delivering demonstrations and guiding prospects, customers, and partners.
You will build proof-of-concept applications and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to showcase value and drive adoption across boards and events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a similar or related role.
- Diploma or degree in computer science, engineering, telecommunications, geography, geomatics, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of geography, GIS, and Esri technology.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product expertise to sales and partners during the sales process.
- Create and showcase product demonstration solutions for prospective customers and partners.
- Develop and maintain an enterprise level demonstration environment including telecom software and GIS.
- Coordinate the resolution of technical/product issues during the sales process.
- Translate prospect business requirements into architecture and design specifications.
