Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager – Fulfillment to lead day-to-day broadband and telecom service delivery across markets, coordinating field teams and contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time installations. The role serves as the main operational contact for client communications and progress updates.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, dashboards, and reporting to executive leadership, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in fulfillment, field operations, or project management.
• 3+ years in a leadership role within telecom, utility, or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing subcontractor relationships and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment operations within assigned markets including aerial, underground, and in-home service activities.
• Direct and schedule field resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion and SLA compliance.
• Monitor progress against milestones, deployment schedules, and project budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for client interactions, project updates, and issue resolution.
• Enforce safety protocols, quality control, and performance standards for all work.
