Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking an Installation/Operations Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area to oversee day-to-day operations, headcount requirements, KPIs, P&L and budgeting for the assigned region. You will hire, train and develop talent while fostering a culture focused on performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities include spending time in the field, driving strategic initiatives, reviewing data, managing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 4+ years of broadband telecommunications industry experience in installation
• 2+ years of leadership experience driving KPI and P&Ls
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
• Open to varied schedules and outside hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, headcount, KPIs, P&L and budget for the area
• Hire, train and develop talent for all roles
• Motivate team to build a winning culture and deliver excellent customer experience
• Spend time in the field to understand, improve and build the team
• Provide development opportunities by delegating tasks
• Implement strategic plans and monitor progress
• Ensure data accuracy and performance reviews for staff
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across operations
