Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Telecom Foreman to lead installation teams in Charleston, ensuring adherence to plans, codes, and standards. Responsibilities include installing low voltage cabling, managing crews, and maintaining safety on site.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience, BICSI certification, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. In-person hiring event and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial communications industry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• BICSI Technician certification desired and encouraged.
• Subject to government security investigation; ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety policies.
• Install low voltage cabling (Fiber, Cat5, Cat6).
• Manage projects with 5+ crew members at multiple locations.
• Train and supervise technicians/apprentices in accordance with plans.
