Job summary

M.c.-Dean, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Foreman to oversee installation of communications cabling and equipment at multiple sites. You will manage crews, ensure adherence to plans and codes, and coordinate with management to meet project deadlines.

The role requires extensive field experience, knowledge of BICSI and TIA/EIA standards, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Full-time position with company benefits and on-site work in Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial communications industry.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• BICSI Technician certification desirable.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install low voltage cable per plans and specs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Lead and supervise technicians/apprentices on site.
• Coordinate with senior management to resolve issues.
• Schedule work and manage deadlines.
• Interpret plans/specifications for field crews.
• Train team on proper install and termination procedures.
