Unofficial M.C. Dean in Charleston is seeking a Telecom Foreman to oversee installation of low voltage cabling and telecom equipment per plans and standards.

This full-time role requires hands-on work, tool use, safety compliance, and leading small to large crews. Candidates must attend the in-person hiring event at Embassy Suites Charleston Airport, 5055 International Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29418, on Thursday, 9/10/26 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years prior experience in commercial communications industry.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BICSI Technician certification is desirable; willingness to obtain certification.
• Subject to drug screening and background check; U.S. citizenship for clearance.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and safe use of hand tools and various power tools.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; participate in daily safety briefings.
• Install various types of low voltage cabling and telecom devices.
• Manage projects with 5+ personnel across multiple locations; supervise technicians.
• Interpret plans/specifications; ensure compliance with BICSI and TIA/EIA standards.
• Perform testing, termination, and QA of cabling systems; maintain clean work area.
