Job summary

Think Power Solutions is seeking a Field Construction Representative Civil-Tower to oversee field-based tower construction activities in collaboration with telecom contractors in South Bend, Indiana. You will manage civil site prep, foundations, conduit installs, grounding tests and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in telecom construction, strong leadership, problem-solving and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, travel as needed, and enforce standards

Qualifications

• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, including towers, antennas, and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles relevant to site preparation and construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the work activities associated with the field installation of Telecom sites, ensuring compliance with drawings, scope of work, permits, bidders response form, JSHA, and project summary sheets.
• Ensure that project workflow adheres to client Construction team standards and established practices.
• Review, prioritize, and facilitate construction activities to meet scheduled expectations.
• Demonstrate an advanced understanding of construction guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate the delivery of large materials and heavy equipment to the construction site.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other field representatives regarding team roles and responsibilities.
