Job summary

Centerline is seeking a Telecom Construction Manager to oversee telecommunications infrastructure projects, including tower builds, equipment installations, and network upgrades. You will lead field crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage timelines, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

The role requires hands-on supervision experience in cell-tower construction and equipment installation, with strong organization and client-facing skills to foster a productive team

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and leading crews in the wireless industry.
• Experience with Ericsson and AT&T, construction drawings, and scopes of work.
• Ability to prepare materials lists and order materials before deployment.
• Commitment to safety and quality on site.
• Ability to manage a project within a structured environment.
• Valid driver?s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of jobs, sites and crews; act as the point of contact between crews, client personnel and subcontractors.
• Provide on-site services with crews as needed for job completion and success.
• Manage daily progress and required action items for each project.
• Ensure milestones are reached on time or ahead of schedule.
• Ensure completion of all project deliverables per projections and client expectations.
