TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor for telecom underground projects in Columbus, NE. You will supervise day-to-day operations, provide leadership to foremen and crews, and manage materials, equipment, and labor on assigned projects.

The role requires prior utility construction crew leadership, proficiency with Excel and databases, and strong communication. Local work with occasional travel; DOT physical and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading utility construction crews.
• Experience with telecommunications MSA contracts preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and database software.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations.
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
