Candidates should have prior utility construction crew leadership experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Excel and database software, and be eligible to work in the United

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical for a valid medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crew members
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.
