Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications construction and site leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage field staff and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of project plans, schedules, safety programs, and QA/QC.
• Ability to supervise craft workers and coordinate resources.
• Familiarity with construction documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet plans, specs, and codes.
• Develop project quality plans and safety programs; oversee investigations.
• Review and update schedules; address delays and help plan sequences.
• Estimate durations and materials for complex projects.
• Monitor financial reporting and procurement with subcontractors.
• Lead and allocate resources for the field team.
• Provide mentorship to project staff and Superintendents.
