Qualifications

• Experience as a Telecommunications construction Superintendent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Ability to supervise craft employees and subcontractors directly.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to meet plans, schedules, and codes.
• Develop and oversee Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs; conduct investigations.
• Update construction schedules and address delays to keep projects on track.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Report and track financial aspects of the project.
• Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection and negotiations.
• Set priorities and allocate resources for the entire field team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and superintendents.
