Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services has been building and servicing communication networks across North America since 1979. As a Superintendent, you will lead daily field operations, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

You will manage field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and drive schedules while upholding PQP requirements and safety programs. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and planning in a dynamic field

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods (plow, HDD) is a plus.
• Two-year college, trade, or technical diploma preferred.
• Understanding of budgets, costs, and construction practices.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules within guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Uphold safety, quality control, and PQP requirements.
• Monitor schedules, durations, and material needs to hit milestones.
• Direct field staff, coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Supervise crafts and subcontractors with clear accountability.
• Oversee procurement tasks including purchase requisitions and invoices.
