Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications construction projects and supervising field staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors.
• Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, specs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specs, and building codes.
• Lead development of project quality plans and safety programs; oversee investigations.
• Update construction schedules and address delays; contribute to scheduling.
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects.
• Oversee financial reporting and procurement with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Allocate resources and provide leadership to field team and superintendents.
