Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communications services. You’ll spend about 90% of your time outdoors, visiting residential leads, delivering tailored proposals, and closing sales with a focus on mobile, internet, landline, and video services.

The role offers a strong base salary plus lucrative incentives, with potential total compensation exceeding $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and to work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all sales docs including dispositions, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Meet monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities in the territory and report to manager.
