Job summary

The West Carolina division seeks a Business Sales Consultant to drive growth by performing outside sales to business customers within the service territory. You will visit clients in person, assess needs, and tailor solutions including service proposals and agreements.

You will build relationships, meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborate with departments to improve the customer experience. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer service with proven sales results.
• Experience in telecommunications, broadband, or technology sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within service territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits, calls, and needs assessments with business customers to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
• Prepare and present customized service proposals, quotes, and agreements.
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries; maintain contact with potential customers through the sales process.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns.
• Stay current on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and market trends in the service territory.
