Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Supervisor, Technical Operations to lead and develop the CATV technical team, ensuring high-quality signal and service. You will hire, train, and supervise technicians and contractors while coordinating schedules and workloads.

The role requires strong electronics knowledge, RF experience, safety and regulatory compliance, and flexibility for on-call hours and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of CATV technical experience.
• Advanced electronics training with RF test equipment.
• Ability to climb poles and lift 50-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, evaluating and supervising technical staff.
• Troubleshoot and insure repair of cable system and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with CLI, FCC, and OSHA standards.
• Oversee new construction for adherence to specs.
• All other duties as assigned.
