Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecom cable construction experience; supervisory background preferred.
• Proven safety record and commitment to quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities of technicians in telecom projects to meet timelines, quality and cost.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Assign tasks and schedules to ITG employees and partners; ensure resource and equipment availability.
• Monitor progress and quality; ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, including linemen and drillers.
• Address and resolve operational issues; engage with on-site customers as needed.
• Maintain records and prepare reports to support management decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and safety practices.
