Job summary

Infinity Communications LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Durham, NC to maintain service tickets, closeouts, and work records. You will collaborate with Operations managers and field teams to ensure information is complete and customer commitments are met.

Responsibilities include updating internal trackers and external portals, and managing on-call deployments after training. The role requires strong Excel skills and multi-system accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in operations coordination or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Enter assignments and completed field work into internal trackers; keep job and asset information current.
• Update Gentrac, OneLink, portals with accurate details and status.
• Complete preventative maintenance and ticket closeouts with required documents.
• Follow up with field employees on missing information and discrepancies.
• Monitor open tickets and deadlines, raise delays early, and support meeting customer commitments.
• Share status updates with Operations managers and field teams.
• After training, participate in a rotating five-day on-call assignment as point of contact.
