Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Construction Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will serve as the central liaison between field operations, subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure work meets standards, timelines, and budgets.

Regional travel and night/weekend availability may be required for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years experience in cable/telecom construction (fiber and coax preferred).
• 2-5 years experience in project coordination or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to travel to job sites and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Support planning of workflows, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and address delays or issues.
• Develop and support cost estimates and track costs against budget.
• Interface with field operations, subcontractors, Finance, Legal, Engineering as needed.
