Job summary

Black Box is seeking an experienced Construction/Telecom Project Manager onsite in Louisiana. The role supports senior PMs, coordinates field activities, and ensures safety and quality across cabling and data-center projects.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction, a related degree, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and Textura. Expect collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in construction in a similar role, preferring data center or cabling projects.
• Proficiency with Office suite, Bluebeam, Procore and Textura required.
• Willingness to work onsite and in 2nd shift as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs and client site policies to prevent accidents.
• Lead and mentor field staff; coordinate with PM/PMO and customers.
• Review plans, specs and bid packages; support RFP processes.
• Ensure schedule alignment; manage change and escalate risks.
• Maintain QA/QC through all project phases and submittals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field operations for materials.
