TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, ensuring projects stay on schedule and safely using heavy equipment. You will manage equipment and DOT paperwork while maintaining production notes, under supervision and with a focus on safety.

The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver's license, with Foreman experience preferred. This is an on-site position in Pine River, MN with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
