Qualifications

• Three years of related experience preferred.
• Supervisor/foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to manage crews and coordinate daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee training of crew members.
• Ensure safety policies and DOT/OSHA regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform maintenance.
