Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead crews on our telecom construction sites, safely operating and supervising equipment and ensuring projects stay on schedule. You will assist the supervisor, help train crew members, and uphold safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations, while maintaining production notes and DOT paperwork in all weather conditions.

Eligible applicants should have at least three years of related experience and a valid driver’s license;

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
