Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC in Pine River is seeking an Equipment Foreman on our Telecom Construction team. You will oversee crews, manage equipment, ensure projects stay on schedule and maintain a safe, productive work site.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of related experience, foreman experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED is required. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) matching, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States for the company
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned
