Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead crews on our telecom construction projects. You will oversee equipment operations, manage materials, and ensure safety and efficiency to meet schedules.

The role requires at least three years of related experience and a valid driver's license, with Foreman experience preferred. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package are offered. This is an on-site position in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Operate and control assigned heavy equipment safely
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned
