Job summary

Infosys seeks an Associate Engagement Manager to lead client interfaces within the Telecom vertical from Denver. You will partner with the Engagement Manager to build and execute the account plan, manage a sub-portfolio and drive revenue opportunities.

The role demands strong relationship management, deal pursuit, and cross-functional collaboration with delivery, sales, and practice teams to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or foreign equivalent. MBA preferred for advanced roles.
Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, consulting, or managed services to telecom clients.
Strong track record in managing and growing client relationships, with proposal and deal-pursuit experience.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships within the assigned account scope.
Build and grow a portfolio of business opportunities.
Lead the opportunity management cycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, and Close.
Develop and execute account growth plans in partnership with the Client Partner and Senior Client Partner.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the account.
Collaborate with delivery, sales, consulting, and practice teams to fulfill client commitments.
