Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager for its Telecom vertical to lead client interfaces within the assigned account scope and, with engagement leadership, build and execute the account plan for client management.

The role typically manages a single account or sub-portfolio, with an indicative annual book of business of approximately $10M-$30M, and requires strong sales, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years in sales/account management.
• Experience selling IT services, digital transformation, consulting, or managed services to Telecom clients.
• Demonstrated track record of growing client relationships and managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships within the assigned account scope.
• Develop and execute account growth plans with senior partners.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the account.
• Collaborate with delivery to ensure fulfillment of client commitments and address challenges.
• Drive revenue growth and participate in proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders.
