Job summary

C-2 Utility Contractors, LLC is seeking an Operator Telecom Drill Bores to operate drill equipment and install underground telecom cables. You will determine bore paths, locate utilities, and maintain bore schedules while adhering to safety standards.

The role offers a challenging field position with exposure to varied weather and conditions. A valid CDL and US work authorization are required, along with drilling equipment experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (not Provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A Commercial driver's license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with drilling equipment, including capabilities, limitations, and setup/design processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
