Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking a Telecom Drill Bores Operator to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure. You will operate drill equipment, set bore paths, and ensure utilities are identified and avoided during the bore process.

Requirements include being 18+, US work authorization, a High School Diploma or GED (or relevant experience), and a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. We offer competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and clean driving record.
• Experience with drilling equipment, bore path and setup.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize Mud mixing systems to prepare bore fluids.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site setup, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
