Job summary

TEECOM seeks an Associate to own discipline designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations with growing independence. You will coordinate with clients, designers, and project teams to deliver coordinated deliverables and sustain quality documentation across projects.

You will develop through mentorship, tackle increasing scope, and contribute to pursuit inputs while supporting project leads and senior engineers.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong design/documentation skills.
• Experience delivering technology system designs and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated discipline designs, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Lead small projects and support larger ones under mentorship.
• Coordinate with Designers, Project Leads, and clients for alignment.
• Maintain clear, well-documented design records in project tools.
